Pathways is hand painted silk, Shiva paint sticks, circles and lines of metallic stitching. I am learning to make circles! Beads were added when I thought it needed a bit of bling!

Hi Phil, Love your new pieces. Pathways reminds me of either radial plankton or jellyfish in the ocean currents — a theme I love. Very fluid movement, a soothing piece. The untitled piece is harder to see. I clicked on it, and the blowup was better, but still left me wanting more detail. I actually tipped my computer on its side to see it with the dark rust color at the top — try it that way. It makes me think of intense heat (or maybe that’s my stuffy studio these days…) so the vertical seemed to evoke heat waves rising. OK, just my musings, still it’s another lovely piece that leaves plenty of imagination room. Keep it up!
